Sweet Potatoes

  • 5 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, pure
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 big egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Oat Crumble

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Sweet Potatoes
