The Wellness Council of America (WELCOA), with nearby affiliate Wellness Council of Wisconsin (WCWI), lately presented its coveted Gold Level Well Workplace Award to School Specialty, LLC. The Gold Well Workplace Award recognizes an organization for its commitment to the wellness and well-being of their staff.

By reaching the Well Workplace Award School Specialty, LLC has created a lengthy-lasting commitment to the wellness and well-being of its staff. Gold Well Workplaces are providers that have effectively constructed complete worksite wellness initiatives and are demonstrating concrete outcomes.

The Well Workplace Awards initiative is driven by a rigorous set of criteria outlined in WELCOA’s seven benchmarks to a outcome-oriented Well Workplace. Since its inception in 1991, more than 1,000 organizations, ranging from educational institutions to non-profit and profit sectors have joined the list of “America’s Healthiest Companies” by getting the Well Workplace Award.

The Wellness Council of Wisconsin was founded in 1985 by nine employers from the Wisconsin enterprise neighborhood.
